At TORO, we strive to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we currently offer exchange only and do not provide refunds or returns.
Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges only in cases of size issues or if you received a different color than ordered. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be intact
- Exchange request must be made within 3–5 days of delivery
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items that are worn, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, contact us with your order details. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange procedure. Customers may be responsible for shipping charges unless the error is from our side.
